Kyle W. of Waukegan, Illinois, was presented with a $5,000 vacation package courtesy of Great Lakes Credit Union on May 15, 2017. Kyle was a randomly selected member of the credit union who qualified to win the credit union’s Swipe Away, Fly Away contest.
Kyle won a $3,500 travel certificate from Apple Vacations, which gives him the opportunity to travel to any destination of his dreams! GLCU also gave him an additional $1,500 to spend on travel expenses.
Kyle excitedly shared, “I cannot believe that I was the lucky winner! I’m so excited to go and travel this year, I can’t wait!”
The contest ran between January 1 and March 31, 2017. To be entered into the drawing, members needed to swipe their debit card 100 or more times during the promotional period and select “credit” when making purchases.
